Hotel Black Tulip Istanbul

I had an really good stay at Black Tulip. The staff, especially Seyfettin and the person who helped with check-in, were very helpful and friendly. They took my complaint about the noisy room seriously and promptly solved the issue. The hotel also provided a thoughtful gesture on International Women's Day, giving each woman a rose at breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The walls in the rooms are not soundproof, which may result in some disturbance from neighboring rooms.

The excellent breakfasts, clean rooms, and perfect location near public transportation and Gulhane Park were major highlights. The service provided by Mr. Rakip and Mr. Mohammed was fantastic, and the small gifts and assistance with airport transportation were greatly appreciated. We will definitely return for future visits to Istanbul.
